• One Bloor lob­by let­ters — brushed stain­less fin­ish, 1‑inch let­ters pin-mount­ed, 48 inch­es wide, at Yonge and Bloor.
• FLY Con­dos sales cen­tre on Spad­i­na — half-inch clear acrylic base with 1/​8‑inch mir­ror acrylic faces, mount­ed half an inch off the fea­ture wall for cast shadow.
• ICE Con­do­mini­ums sales cen­tre — 60-inch logo, 2 inch­es deep, ther­mo­formed Sign White acrylic, inter­nal­ly LED-lit, float­ed on met­al spacers.
• Bisha Hotel and Res­i­dences, Blue Jays Way — 3/​4‑inch acrylic with gold mir­ror alu­minum faces and gold-paint­ed edges, flush-mount­ed, no vis­i­ble hardware.
• Scenic pre­sen­ta­tion cen­tre on Eglin­ton — 24 by 96 inch­es, 3/​4‑inch clear acrylic with first-sur­face mir­ror and clear exposed edges.

• 60 Ade­laide Street East mir­ror recep­tion sign — 36 inch­es wide, half-inch clear acrylic with mir­ror faces, raised on 5/​8‑inch spacers.

• Elm­wood Spa, 18 Elm Street — brushed stain­less logo plus a flat-cut stain­less wayfind­ing plate sys­tem, quar­ter-inch, flush-mount­ed onto fab­ric wallcovering.
• Inner Luxe, 2358 Bloor Street West — brushed stain­less inte­ri­or sign with an exte­ri­or coun­ter­part under goose­neck lighting.

• Porter Air­lines at Bil­ly Bish­op — the orig­i­nal 2006 bilin­gual wayfind­ing sys­tem for the Bathurst Street fer­ry ter­mi­nal and the island ter­mi­nal, 96 inch­es, paint­ed alu­minum, 2‑inch let­ters, flush-mount­ed. We have made Porter’s office, lob­by and check-in sig­nage ever since.

Most Toron­to lob­by installs are sched­uled around the build­ing, not the sign. Con­do and com­mer­cial tow­ers usu­al­ly require a booked freight ele­va­tor, a cer­tifi­cate of insur­ance filed with prop­er­ty man­age­ment, and after-hours access for work in an occu­pied lob­by. Wall con­struc­tion decides the mount­ing: dry­wall takes thread­ed rods and anchors, con­crete and stone need drilled stand­offs, and glass takes an adhe­sive sys­tem with no pen­e­tra­tion. We con­firm all of this from pho­tographs and dimen­sions before fab­ri­ca­tion starts.
