Custom Mirror Acrylic Signs For Fly Condos Sales Centre
ArtSigns designed and fabricated custom interior signage for the FLY Condos sales centre on Spadina Avenue in downtown Toronto. The presentation centre promoted FLY Condos, a 24-storey, 465-suite residential development by Empire Communities at 352 Front Street West, designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects and completed in 2013.
The feature installation combined two coordinated sign systems. One wall display used 1/2-inch clear acrylic with digital prints applied to the faces, together with film graphics applied directly to the wall. The dimensional FLY wordmark and origami-bird emblem used 1/2-inch clear acrylic bases laminated with 1/8-inch mirror acrylic faces and finished with water-clear polished edges.
The mirror acrylic letters and emblem were mounted 1/2 inch away from the blue feature wall on spacers. This offset created visible depth, crisp reflections and pronounced cast shadows under the sales centre lighting. The result was a cohesive condominium presentation-centre environment combining custom acrylic signs, mirror-finished dimensional lettering and branded wall graphics.
