We ship signs worldwide. Every sign we make gets custom packaging. From the early days of shipping signs we have learned a lot about safely delivering highly intricate custom signage. We've devised a system that ensures all signs arrive safe, undamaged and ready to impress.

Our custom packaging consists of high and low density foam for a tight fit and arrangement of all your individual letters and symbols. For smaller signs, the outer box is CNC laser cut cardboard with industrial grade strapping. Larger signs receive the same high grade strapping with laser cut plywood sides.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. We sometimes ship signs in as little as 1-2 days, but this is usually only for special events or timelines. If you need to meet a specific date, let us know early so that we can factor your date into our production schedule. That way we aim to have your sign completed faster, saving you on additional expedited shipping costs. The shipping options we provide will ensure your sign arrives quickly.

How Does Delivery Work?

We ship our signs through UPS. If you prefer a custom carrier, or for certain international shipments, we can use different couriers.

Once you receive your sign, read and follow labels on the packaging. The sign is to be opened flat with the “Open This Side Up” label facing upward. We suggest opening the package and reading instructions/viewing the video prior to installing the sign to familiarize yourself with the process and of course please send us pictures of your sign once you have it installed on your wall!

Are there Any Customs Charges?

If there is a processing fee, it is usually between $10 - $20. We cover everything on the Canadian side including shipping and duties however any additional processing fees or duties on the US side are paid by the client as UPS doesn’t allow us to pay that portion. In all our experience, we have yet to see additional fees exceeding $30.
