That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If any part of your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will correct it immediately. In most cases we provide rush replacement services to make sure your project stays on track.
Before production begins, we provide a design proof for your review and approval. Please take the time to review all details carefully, as production proceeds once approval is received.
